Jen is such a positive, nurturing presence and she offers a unique customized massage experience that is unlike anywhere else I've been. I have autoimmune and chronic pain health challenges, and have found her infrared PEMF therapy mat to be really helpful in reducing symptoms! It calms my nervous system, clears out the pain in my body and helps me sleep better for several days after the appointment. I'd pay just to lie on this mat, but it's even better when it's combined with her therapeutic massage, sound therapy and essential oils. I highly recommend Jen and trying out her HealthyWave mat!

Today marks my third visit to Jen Lang. Two massages which were absolutely amazing. Today a private stretch session. I cannot say enough about her. She knows my body so well!!! My psoas muscle and hip flexors were tight and giving me pain. She released the area/ muscles. I am pain free. She’s a life saver

Jen's kindness and attention to detail makes her the best massage therapist in town! Not only do I leave her massages feeling better physically, but mentally and emotionally too. I fall asleep every time she works on me, and it is very difficult for me to feel that relaxed during a massage. 10/10 will definitely be booking again and again!
